We are Banister Tool, Inc.; founded in June 1979. We have more than a quarter century of continuous growth, and we are an established member of the manufacturing community.

Our mission is to provide our customer with an independent source for attaining a high quality, turnkey, manufacturing
service that encompasses every phase of fabrication from single component development through mass production.

Banister Tool is committed, by demonstrated performance, to the pursuit of excellence in achieving total quality in all our endeavors.

As a company engaged in producing non-active medical devices (primarily medical instruments, implants, and medical apparatuses), we were awarded an ISO 13485:2003 certification in February of 2005 and are committed to its principles, along with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP), and all statutory and regulatory requirements. We are registered with both the Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Texas Department of State Health Services, and are in good standing by audit confirmation.
