“Concept to Reality” describes our capabilities at Banister Tool.

We adopted this slogan shortly after we established our business. Working closely with the few customers we had at the time, we helped them make their ideas and innovations a reality, quite often beginning with a basic concept: a verbal description and/or sketches. With our experience and expertise in manufacturing we were able to assist our customers in their planning, design and testing of a prototype that eventually produced a marketable product. Knowledge of our abilities became well known in the industry, to companies both large and small.

Producing prototypes requires a wide variety of capabilities that encompass a wide range of processes, such as the ability to model the prototype, generate the programs for the tool path used on the various pieces of equipment, as well as having the equipment and processes available on-site. Usually the time limit factor to produce and deliver prototypes does not allow time for waiting on outside services, so we do as many processes in-house as is economically feasible.

The equipment we operate at Banister Tool has been purposely selected to accurately produce and measure the highest quality manufactured product attainable. All our equipment has a routine preventive maintenance schedule that specifically addresses features that are unique to that specific piece of equipment to ensure that it always performs to the standards the manufacturer of the equipment designed it to meet.

Now, with more than a quarter century of demonstrated quality performance, we have grown into a full production manufacturing business.

Through years of planning, sharing ideas, and remaining committed and steadfast to our ideals, we have been very successful in achieving our stated mission: to provide our customer with a single source, turnkey manufacturing service. Our customers will always be considered business partners, and with Banister, quality is our standard, not a slogan. We continue to share our technology, manufacturing and development expertise with our customers in order to assist them in introducing new ideas, concepts and innovations to the marketplace. We will never compromise our commitment to provide the highest quality product attainable.
